Among the biggest challenges facing the Administration and Congress is restoring the battered fortunes of American households. While job losses loomed large as an issue this fall, many more Americans are facing vastly diminished wealth, savings and opportunity.

At this event, based on the centerpiece symposium in the Fall 2012 issue of Democracy, some of the best minds on economic mobility and wealth creation will argue that Washington’s top post-election priority should be to restore American opportunity. They’ll also offer up their best ideas on how to do it, ranging from tax reform to encouraging savings and beefing up consumer protections.

Please join Democracy and CFED for an expert discussion on one of the top issues facing policy-makers in the wake of the election.
