Democracy is proud to announce that its new website was an honoree in the 2016 Webby Awards, for the category of “Political Websites.” The new site, released in January 2016, was created in conjunction with Point Five Design and Tierra Innovation. With such heavy hitters as the Intercept and Huffington Post highline also honored, we’re thrilled our new site is being noticed and appreciated.

Separately, Tierra and Point Five also won a recent Horizon Interactive award for the Best Use of Typography for their work on the site. Democracy is proud of each of these honors, and thanks both Point Five and Tierra for their stellar work.
